Over 2,000 people joined us on Saturday 4 November in a dazzling parade around East Village to celebrate Bonfire Night 2017.

Kids and adults alike were welcomed with more than 1,000 lanterns and glowing bracelets to pick up upon arrival.

To fill up our hungry & thirsty troopers before the spectacular show, food and drinks were provided from a wide range of East Village retailers. A selection of winter warmers were available including pulled pork baps and hot spiced ciders, hot chocolate and waffles, fish & chips, toffee apples, seasonal pizza, warm drinks, and soups were all provided from a range of East Village retailers including Darkhorse, Ginger & Mint, Fish House, Neighbourhood, La Gelateria to Firezza.

Once the stilt walkers appeared on Victory Parade waving white flags, the crowds gathered around the beautifully illuminated giants.

Joining moments after were jugglers, poi artists and stilt-walkers who led the parade through the Portlands area of East Village, with LED drummers closing out the parade with extraordinary flashing lights and boisterous beats.

In Victory Park, the DJ played headbanging tunes to the crowd, who were gathered near Victory Park with the light show projecting onto surround buildings, people and even the night sky.

We were overwhelmed by everyone who came to East Village London and joined yet another fantastic event! There will be more fun coming to East Village very soon, so keep your eyes on our website and social media channels for updates.
