Fish House – 14th/15th March 2018 – East Meets East

Join Fish House for an evening of discovery, as guest chef Sultana Qureshi incorporates the tastes, smells, sights and sounds of flavours from India and the melting pot of East End - just beyond East Village! Embracing a pantheon of coastal dishes and pre-partition Indian flavours, Sultana’s menu takes inspiration from her Bengali, Indian and Pakistani roots, and the immigrant communities that have come to London’s East End and. This taster menu pays homage to all of the varied tastes of regional spice and product of Indian subcontinents and Sultana's authentic and traditional cooking methods, using seasonal produce but giving a cheeky nod to her East End roots.
