Returning to East Village this May and brought to you by Get Living, the latest series of Supper Clubs promises to nourish the mind, body and soul by offering individually curated menus peppered with inspiring talks in-between courses.
Giving us Food for Thought is Santi who will be serving up the very definition of 'happiness' - a five-course menu of traditional Italian dishes. Throughout the evening British philosopher Nigel Warburton will be talking about the science behind our smiles on Wednesday 15 May.
The academic and host of "Philosophy Bites" podcast will share his musings while guests enjoy freshly prepared Focaccia con Burrata, Timballo di riso - porcini mushroom risotto with truffle paste, Triglia in salsa - fresh mullet fillet served on a cream of broccoli and citrus fruits, and Arancia Caramellata - caramelised fresh Sicilian oranges.
Tickets include a glass of prosecco and a glass of house wine (red/white) from 20 pound per person, click here.
Later in May Darkhorse will be partnering with Waterkloof and bringing in a sommelier to share their wine expertise. Darkhorse will be creating a menu which encompasses all the bountiful lush flavours that the months bring from unique English green asparagus, broad beans & peas to new season lamb.
