Summer Holidays Film Fun for Kids

To help you keep the kids entertained over the summer holidays, The Big Screen will be showing their favourite Cbeebies and Nickelodeon shows in Victory Park every morning (09:00 to 12:00) for the next two weeks.

From Saturday 18 August to Friday 31 August, we’ll also be showing family-friendly movies with classics including The Goonies, Honey I Shrunk the Kids and Toy Story every Wednesday and Sunday.

Film fanatics can enjoy a series of independent flicks curated by the Ecounters Short Film Festival every weekday with a lunchtime picnic at 12:00.   

Fans revelling in the return of the football season will also be pleased to know they can watch the Cardiff vs Newcastle game this coming Saturday 18 August (12:30) and ‘Super Sunday’ matches on 19 and 26 August (15:30).

Please note this is separate from the ticketed Nomad Outdoor Film Screenings which will be showing some of the biggest films of the past year on 24th and 25th August.
