Following the resounding success of his unveiling of a new local dish at the Cheese and Wine Festival, Tom Gilliford has now revealed the recipe behind it!
Celebrity Chef and East Village resident Tom, who rose to fame in everyone's favourite baking programme in 2016, gave presentations at the East Village Cheese and Wine Festival in April 2017, and then gave a lucky few a real taste of his locally named delicacies - a wonderful amuse bouche named Victory Park Blossom, and a totally indulgent cheesecake based desert titled the East Village Rarebit.
