Feel the rhythm! Feel the rhyme! Get on up, it's Neighbourhood time!
This week the 2018 Winter Olympics kicks off in PyeongChang, but you can enjoy it a little closer to home. On Saturday 10 February the pub in East Village will be helping you to get into the Olympic spirit with the greatest of all sporting films, Cool Runnings.
The FREE SCREENING of the film will be taking place at 8pm on Saturday, and reminiscing on the ultimate true underdog story of the Jamaican bobsleigh team's arrival at the 1988 Calgary Olympics is the perfect way to enter into the event that only comes around every four years. Indeed, Jamaica will be back at the PyeongChang Olympics after qualifying in both the Men's Skeleton event and the Women's Bobsleigh Team event, so you could watch history in the making over the coming weeks.
