East Village just got even cooler - and healthier - following the arrival of our latest independent retailer: the fabulous Ginger and Mint.

The juice bar has opened its doors on Victory Parade, next door to Hand Cafe, and will be serving up a delicious array of freshly made juices and smoothies, as well as hot and healthy food too such as chicken and halloumi wraps.

The healthy living spot, which was founded in Covent Garden in 2004, has a 0 food waste policy, and slots perfectly into the former London 2012 Athletes' Village where the sporting legacy and focus on well being is still very much front and centre of our ethos, with an outdoor gym, exercice and yoga classes in Victory Park, and the arrival of Better Gym and Pave Velo bike shop. Not to mention the fact that Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park sits right next to us, it's the perfect place to look after your body and mind.

Ginger and Mint is a full size cafe space where you can sit in and enjoy the calming ambience or grab a juice on the go, so whether you're visiting East Village or a resident your time here just got even healthier!
