To also celebrate winning Newcomer of the Year (RESI Awards 2014), Get Living London are offering one lucky winner the chance to stay for a weekend in their beautiful homes and experience what it’s really like to live in London’s newest neighbourhood.
The prize includes a weekend stay in one of our homes, a tour up the ArcelorMittal Orbit, £100 Westfield Stratford City shopping trip and tickets to a show at the Theatre Royal Stratford East. The prize also includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and also transportation between venues.
All you have to do is look out for us at the following locations and speak to a member of our team to enter:
Victoria Station - October 1st & 2nd
Waterloo Station - October 7th & 8th
Paddington Station - October 14th & 15th
Kings Cross Station - October 20th & 21st

1.The promotion is being run by Get Living London located at 5 Celebration Avenue, London E20 1DB.
2.This promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over.
3.This promotion is not open to any employees of Get Living London Ltd, Delancey Real Estate Management, Qatari Diar or any associated companies or suppliers to these organisations.
4.Promotional period: this promotion starts at 07:00 on 1st October and runs until on midnight on 24th October 2014.
5.Only one entry per person during the entry period will be counted as a valid entry.
6.The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. Entrants must complete a valid entry which can be picked up at any of the following locations: Oct 1 & 2 Victoria Station , Oct 7 & 8 Waterloo Station, Oct 14 & 15 Paddington Station, Oct 20 & 21 Kings Cross Station and Oct 23 & 24 One New Change Shopping Centre.
7.The prize: A winner plus one guest will receive a Saturday overnight stay at East Village, lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday, 1 Saturday afternoon activity, £100 of Westfield shopping vouchers, 1 Saturday evening activity plus transportation to and from the Saturday afternoon and evening activities. The prize does not include travel to or from East Village. The prize must be taken on the weekend of 29 November 2014 so you must be available to claim your prize on this date.
8.Winner selection: all valid entries received during the promotional period will be entered into a random prize draw after the closing date of 00:00 on 24th October 2014. One winning entry in total will be chosen at random.
9.The Winner will be contacted by email no later than 5 November to arrange prize redemption. In the event a winner fails to claim a prize within 7 days, the prize will be withdrawn and the entry will be void.
10.The prizes are as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative.
11.Get Living London reserve the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value in the event of circumstances beyond their control
12.Get Living London may at its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion at any time.
13.Get Living London reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
14.The decision of Get Living London regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
15.By entering the promotion you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
16.As a prize winner you expressly grant Get Living London the right to use your name and photograph in any publicity materials displayed in the United Kingdom and online during the next six months
