This Sunday 24th September will see a range of fun fitness activities taking place at East Village's weekly market to raise money for SportsAid, a charity which supports young athletes.

From 12pm-2pm, there will be the opportunity to take part in a number of fun challenges thanks to East Village's Better Gym, where for just PS1 aspiring athletes can enter to win a free month's gym memberships by either attempting to throw a ball with a mass of 8kg (for men) or completing the most number of sit-ups in a minute (for women).

For those eager to learn more about how they can improve their fitness, Better Gym will also be setting up a stand with leaflets and information about its classes, as well as selling stress balls and mugs in support of SportsAid.
