The festive season will kick off in East Village this week when the official Christmas Lights switch on takes place on Wednesday night.
From 5.45pm on Wednesday 23 November you can head to Victory Park in the heart of East Village for the tree light switch on. Along with the lovely illumination you will also be able to fill yourself with the spirit of Christmas thanks to a fantastic gospel choir as well as FREE festive refreshments from East Village's very own La Gelatiera.
As if that wasn't enough, Dr Seuss's world famous Cat in the Hat will be making his second E20 appearance of the year, which all adds up to make it a magical event for all ages.
