We are delighted to announce the arrival of two new latest independent retailers to East Village - Olive Loves Alfie East and Pavé Velo Bike Shop.

Family lifestyle store Olive Loves Alfie East recently opened its doors in E20 and can be found on Victory Parade, opposite the Portlands and next to Signorelli.

Founder Ashlyn Gibson established Olive Loves Alfie in 2006 with a selection of imaginative children’s clothing, home-wares, toys and games. The East Village store becomes the second of these creative outlets to open, with the original based on Stoke Newington Church Street, and will be providing Scandinavian and British clothing for children, homewares, creative toys, books and modern heirlooms. Drop in and welcome Ashlyn and her team to the neighbourhood!

'Proper' bike shop and workshop Pavé Velo has been a much anticipated arrival in East Village, with many of its residents being very much in touch with its 2012 Olympics sporting legacy. With the Velodrome just up the road, and a BMX track around the corner, cycling is very much at the heart of E20. And now residents won't need to look any further for their bicycles and supplies.

The shop, which has opened in between Tina, We Salute You and Olive Loves Alfie on Victory Parade, opposite the Portlands, is the second branch of the shop, with it's sister store based in Cornwall.
